Environment and wild life education
Tiger is to keep Balance of Plants and animals. Is like principle of the forest or like Director of the park.Forest is Important for our survival – Air, Water, Weather etc.
Only 2 percent of Land is protected and additional not more then 5 percent is Forestland. Can we not save only this much to something that provides us food, air, water etc.
Sadhus had Ashrams – where Tiger, deer, birds all present and lived in Harmony they were the first form of sanctuaries and National Parks.
Forest have been scared sites as most areas are have places of worship. Such as Sheshsaiya at Bandhavgarh, Swaran Tal at Kanha , Swami malai in Pariyar, Ganesh ji temple in Ranthambore, Hanumanji temple in Pandopole in Sariska. And so on.
They ( Pilgrim Centers) were their for us to understand and respect the forest and Environment and the Balance of Nature.Forest are places of worship in Totality not just temples in them.
Temples were in remote & far flung areas only so People get to see the Forest and understand them.
It is why animals and Birds have been adopted as Gods or Vehicles of Gods even trees are Worshiped like peepal (Ficus religiosa ) Banyan (Ficus bengalensis) etc; these trees have biologically and ecologically most significant before qualify for religious trees.
Protection of Animals and Birds and Plants in Act of Religions and act of saving life and mankind.
It is the Greatest Punn (Service) to take you to haven.
